HotCat is a gadget for easily adding/removing/changing categories in a page. It was originally created on Wikimedia Commons.
Installation
- Create the page MediaWiki:Gadget-HotCat (on your wiki) with:
[[w:WP:HOTCAT|HotCat]], easily add / remove / change a category on a page, with name suggestion <small>[[[mw:File:HotCat.png|example]]]</small>
- Create the page MediaWiki:Gadget-HotCat.js (on your wiki) with a copy of the content from
- Edit the page MediaWiki:Gadgets-definition and add this line:
HotCat[ResourceLoader|rights=edit]|HotCat.js
