Anonymous user

A wiki visitor who is logged out

Bureaucrat

The built-in term for the user group that has the right to change other users' permission groups. We use the group permissions admin instead.

Cargo

A relational database extension, nothing to do with the Rust package manager

Typically, this refers to a proprietary non-MediaWiki software built by Atlassian and used for many companies' internal wikis. But at wiki.gg, it refers to our internal staff wiki which uses MediaWiki, because we think it's funny. :)
